This project transitioned raw land into a new subdivision for 25 “ready to build” lots for single family homes. Aspects of the project included grading & excavation, storm drainage, fire water, domestic water, sanitary sewer, underground electric and communications, natural gas services, asphalt public roads, site concrete, landscaping/irrigation, and site specialties.
