This new development on 6.7 acres includes (2) multi-tenant 9,500 sf retail shell buildings, a 4,800 sf building for a veterinarian, and a 10,700 sf shell building for a childcare facility. Stacker Building Group also took on the design/build scope for all of the site retaining walls along with the landscaping/irrigation. Three new additional buildings are on the horizon.
